What is LeADERS?

The LeADERS program is designed to help students develop important skills for both academic and professional success. It focuses on learning through experience, leadership development, and personal growth. Through the LeADERS program, students have opportunities to engage in different types of experiences such as leadership, applied learning, and service.

LeADERS: Leadership, ePortfolios, Applied Work-Based Learning, Diversity, Entrepreneurship, Research and writing, and Service learning. 

These experiences help connect what we learn in the classroom to real-world situations. My experience in LeADERS has helped me improve my communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. It has also allowed me to reflect on my personal and academic growth while preparing me for my future career in civil engineering.

Overall, the LeADERS program has played an important role in helping me better understand my goals and develop skills that will help me succeed professionally.
